These Terms govern your use of the Platform, whether as a guest, registered buyer, seller, or business partner.
To use SelectEV, you must:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You understand that product listings are created by independent sellers.
SelectEV is not liable for delays, damages, or warranties beyond the scope of our platform.
You must ensure that product listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
You are responsible for fulfilling, shipping, and resolving disputes with buyers.
You agree to comply with applicable local and international commerce laws.
SelectEV provides charging station data from third-party sources and networks. We do not guarantee:
Availability of a station at any given time
Accuracy of real-time status updates
Access to private or restricted stations
Always follow local traffic and safety laws when using this feature.
Payments are processed via third-party gateways.
SelectEV may charge service or listing fees, which will be disclosed in advance.
Users are responsible for taxes, duties, and legal compliance related to purchases or sales.
You agree not to:
Post false or fraudulent information
Upload malicious software or spam
Violate the rights of other users, sellers, or third parties
Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform’s code
Use SelectEV for illegal or unauthorized purposes
All trademarks, content, code, and design on SelectEV are the property of SelectEV or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SelectEV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access to the platform.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice
Remove listings or content that violates these Terms or our policies
Cooperate with law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Major changes will be communicated via email or in-app alerts.
