Warranty Terms & Conditions

This product is covered by a 12-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Warranty service will be provided through repair or replacement, at the company’s discretion, following technical inspection and verification.

Warranty Coverage

• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

• Covers manufacturing defects only

• Service provided after technical evaluation

Exclusions – Not Covered Under Warranty

• Physical damage or external impact

• Water ingress or moisture-related damage

• Burn damage caused by short circuit or incorrect battery connection

• Reverse polarity connection

• Use with incorrect battery voltage or incompatible battery chemistry

• Cable cuts, connector damage, or external wire damage

• Unauthorized repair, tampering, or modification

• Damage caused by power surges or unstable input supply

Warranty Claim Requirements

• Original purchase invoice must be provided

• Product serial label must be intact and readable

Warranty claims failing to meet the above conditions will not be eligible for service.
